Hurricane Sandy - Pay it Forward
These pillowcases were painted at our March meeting for the members of the Decorative Artist of Western Nassau as a Pay it forward gesture.
After Hurricane Katrina we were adopted by the Cactus Wren chapter from AZ. One of the things they did for us was painted pillowcases.

The delightful teacher/member,Gerry Rhodes guided us through the project. Everyone went home with a finished piece.
Nov. Project - Sweet Treats Banner
Members & Guest alike had a wonderful time painting this adorable little banner taught by member, Carol Hoffman. She not only taught us how to use Snow-Tex for fur but also introduced us to Diamond & Glamour Dust.
